Black Worm Castings have many beneficial microbes that are important in growing healthier plants, improving soil texture and water-retaining capacity, provide water soluble nutrients to the plants and aid in disease suppression. Pure Black Casting retain up to 300 times their weight in water. Studies show that Pure Black Worm Castings improves plant growth by 20% and increases root mass by 150% (when adding 1 part casting to 9 parts soil). Coco peat (coco fiber), also known as coir pith, coir fibre pith, coir dust, or simply coir, is made from coconut husks, which are byproducts of other industries that use coconuts. Coco fiber can be mixed with top soil for a much richer medium for your plants.  It has an amazing ability to retain water.  Mix one brick with water and you will get 2 to 2.5 gallons of potting mix.  Coco fiber is used in worm factories or bins, in aquariums an d as industrial absorbent.
